so this is the animation of the few screenshots I took from my last drawing. It's one of the few animations I've done so far as an artist. I'd love to make the morphing parts inbetween but photoshop decided to dislike that feature. Now that I made something like this again I see I should make more screenshots ^^; to make a more interesting and appealing work in progress animation.

The stance is solid with great movement. I'm not sure what her left hand/wrist is doing, but otherwise the line work is good. I really like your colors, they go together very well. I think the shading could use a little work. Even if the light-source is behind her, there would still be shading in the front to give her more of a form. If I were you, I would shade first, then add some light to the edges. Also, I love the glow in the braid, but the line-work gets in the way and really wrecks the effect. I suggest coloring in the braids that glow, then make a 'Screen' layer above your line work and add some glow.
Despite all my nit-picking, I think this is beautiful piece of art. Well done :)

Hi There,

I think this is a great piece of work, the only thing I would say, (at least on my screen) you seem to lose some of theamazing details in the dark colour choices, for example I am not sure I would be able to tell you what was on the left hand side of her face if I had not seen the outline previously. The same for the hand that is reaching out, the fingers are lost on it and it looks more like a sucker on an octopus. (not meant in a mean way) :)

Otherwise really great!

haha, now I wished I had taped the entire 20 minutes where I redid the face a hundred times again to get it right. Just to show you how much time went in it :p
